Dodge Charger TUSK by Ringbrothers 1969

Jim Ring, co-owner of Ringbrothers, expressed, "The Charger's 'coke-bottle' body serves as the ideal canvas to push the boundaries of our capabilities and showcase our in-house talent.TUSK, taking over 5,000 hours to complete, is a radical reinterpretation of the classic Charger, seamlessly blending the aesthetics of a 20th-century icon with the renowned build quality and distinctive touches Ringbrothers is known for."

BASF Glasurit's "Black to the Future" highlights the Charger's tapered fenders and robust proportions, complemented by contrasting gold elements that contribute to its menacing appearance. Beyond the visual impact, the front wheels have been advanced by two inches to extend the wheelbase, enhancing handling. The Charger features a custom Roadster Shop FAST TRACK chassis for dynamic performance, equipped with Fox RS SV coilovers and Baer Brakes Extreme 6S six-piston calipers for substantial stopping power. To manage brake heat, machined billet side vents adorn the front fenders, and the Charger rolls on Ringbrothers' "TUSK" Edition HRE Wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

This meticulous approach extends to the interior, boasting modern comforts like a custom leather interior with a carbon-fiber console and a custom carbon-fiber "pistol grip" shifter in true Mopar fashion. Upholstery Unlimited tailored the bespoke interior, featuring a Gentex rearview mirror, Dakota Digital gauges, and a Vintage Air Gen IV climate-control system.

Mike Ring, co-owner of Ringbrothers, emphasized, "Performance and design shaped this build, showcasing what can be achieved when cutting-edge techniques harmonize with meticulous attention to detail and imagination." TUSK represents the epitome of American muscle car styling and performance, reimagining the iconic second-gen Charger.

Ringbrothers, renowned for custom car building and parts manufacturing, has unveiled "TUSK," a comprehensive remastering of the iconic 1969 Dodge Charger. This unique creation, limited to 100 units, is a blend of extensive fabrication, carbon-fiber components, a modern chassis, suspension, and Mopar's 1,000 horsepower Hellephant crate engine.

The Charger's name, TUSK, is inspired by the rare and powerful Hellephant engine, delivering 950 ft-lbs of torque through a Bowler TREMEC T-56 Magnum six-speed manual and a QA1 REV Series custom carbon-fiber driveshaft. The all-aluminum Hemi is strategically placed for optimal weight distribution beneath a custom two-piece carbon-fiber hood with billet machined hood scoop grilles.

Every aspect of TUSK is a testament to the craftsmanship of the Ringbrothers team. The iconic front end features a one-piece exposed carbon-fiber surround with billet machined chrome trim, emphasizing the distinctive "blind-eye" grille. In-house designed one-off front valance, chin spoiler, tucked and narrowed bumpers, and various other custom elements contribute to the imposing design. TUSK stands as a unique expression of the Charger, combining classic aesthetics with modern performance in a limited-edition masterpiece.
