Å koda Auto has undertaken a comprehensive update of its compact models, the Å koda Scala and the Å koda Kamiq city SUV.These models have been enhanced with advanced safety features and modern TSI engines from the evo2 generation. Both vehicles, based on the MQB-A0 platform, boast rigid bodies and an extended range of assistance systems. The Scala now sports a more dynamic appearance with refined lines, while the Kamiq has been given design tweaks for a tougher SUV aesthetic. Notably, both models offer the option of Å koda's TOP LED Matrix headlights for the first time. Additionally, there's a heightened focus on sustainability, with an increased use of recycled and natural materials in both the interior and exterior.
Since their debut, the Scala and Kamiq have attracted a substantial customer base, with their practicality and comprehensive standard features setting new standards in their respective segments. The Scala, known for its spacious interior and ample luggage capacity, has seen over 230,000 units delivered globally. On the other hand, the Kamiq, entering the booming city SUV segment, quickly became a bestseller, surpassing its larger siblings in sales volume.
















The latest updates to the Scala and Kamiq further enhance their appeal. The Scala receives design cues from the Vision RS concept, featuring a redesigned grille and aprons, along with optional TOP LED Matrix headlights. Meanwhile, the Kamiq boasts a more robust appearance with new aprons and diffusers, along with optional TOP LED Matrix headlights.
Å koda has also prioritized sustainability by incorporating recycled plastics and natural plant fibers into the production of both models. The engine lineup includes efficient TSI units from the evo2 generation, offering a range of power outputs. Furthermore, safety features have been upgraded, with an extensive array of assistance systems and up to nine airbags for enhanced protection.
The product range for both models has been restructured, offering three trim levels and six interior variants, along with optional equipment packages. The interior design reflects modern living environments, with coordinated colors and materials. Additionally, the infotainment system has been refined, featuring touchscreens in two sizes and wireless connectivity options.
As part of Å koda's commitment to innovation, the Scala and Kamiq now come with several new Simply Clever features, including the Virtual Pedal for the optional electric tailgate. These updates aim to further solidify the position of the Scala and Kamiq as leaders in their segments, offering a blend of practicality, safety, and sustainability.
