At the same time, every powertrain has been engineered to meet future emissions standards while maintaining the outstanding acoustic and vibration comfort synonymous with Mercedes-Benz. The plug-in hybrid model further enhances efficiency by providing an all-electric driving range of more than 100 kilometres, allowing many everyday journeys to be completed silently and with zero local emissions.

Every GLE Coupé is equipped with an advanced suite of sensors, including up to ten exterior cameras, five radar sensors, and twelve ultrasonic sensors that continuously monitor the vehicle's surroundings.

These systems are powered by the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS), running on a water-cooled high-performance processor designed with ample computing capacity for future software and driver assistance developments. Artificial intelligence analyses sensor data in real time to accurately interpret traffic conditions.

The new GLE Coupé introduces the latest generation of DIGITAL LIGHT with advanced micro-LED technology and a powerful new processor.

This innovative lighting system increases the high-resolution lighting field by approximately 40%, significantly improving main beam brightness while reducing energy consumption by up to 50% compared with the previous generation.

DIGITAL LIGHT with Projection Function further enhances safety by projecting guidance lines, warning symbols, and animations directly onto the road surface. Both systems are available as optional equipment, with the Projection Function also available as a Digital Extra after purchase.
